Dr. Branimir Kirilov is one of Bulgaria's leading implantologists and oral surgeons. With over 25 years of professional experience and more than 17,000 successfully placed implants, he is the founder of MEDICAL DENT dental clinic in Sofia. He graduated in dentistry and medicine from the Medical University of Sofia and holds a specialty in oral surgery. Dr. Kirilov is a member of the Bulgarian Dental Association and leads the first implantology training center IFZI in Bulgaria.
