Is publishing free?
Yes. Publishing is free as part of our initiative, but every event goes through manual review before approval.
How long does review take?
Most submissions are reviewed within 2-3 business days.
What events are eligible?
Events with clear educational, academic, or professional development value for medical and dental professionals are eligible.
Can I submit without final dates?
Yes. You can submit a draft with estimated dates and update details once they are confirmed by the organizer.
Can I edit after submission?
Yes. Reply to the confirmation email with changes and our editorial team will update your submission before publication.
Do you list paid events?
Yes. We accept both free and paid events when the content is educational and aligned with our standards.
What happens after approval?
After approval, the event is published in the directory and discoverable through specialty, location, and format filters.
Which languages can I submit in?
We accept English, Bulgarian, Romanian, German, and Greek content, and apply editorial normalization where needed.
